We make every effort to ensure that the prices shown on our website are current, but unfortunately mistakes do happen and in this instance we reserve the right to validate prices before we process your order. We will always contact you before any changes are made.

Illustrations are not to scale and some variations in appearance and colour may occur. If you feel an item description is misleading please make us aware as soon as possible so we can make the necessary changes.

We reserve the right to delay the dispatch of your goods until the payment for such goods has cleared. All goods remain the property of Kim’s Crafts until full payment has been received.

All prices are displayed in UK pounds and are inclusive of VAT.

Returns

Faulty or Wrong Goods Received

If you have received goods which are faulty, damaged or we have sent you the wrong items, please contact us as soon as possible by telephone or email.

We will replace or refund the damaged, faulty or wrong items. We may or may not ask you to return these items, but if we do, we will refund the cost of your return postage; in this case, replacements will be despatched on receipt of the returned items.

Please note that we can only offer a refund for CD-Roms if they are returned to us unopened and unused with tamper seal intact.

Wrong Quantity Received.
Please let us know within 5 working days if the quantity received does not match your order. If the quantity is less, then we will immediately send the balance or make a refund if no more stock is available. If we have sent too many then we thank you in advance for your honesty; if we ask you to return the surplus items, we will refund your return postage on receipt of the items.

Cooling off Period

If for any reason you change your mind and do not wish to keep an item, you have a 7 day cooling off period. As long as the item has not been used and is in its original packaging, you can return it to us and we will refund the original price you paid for the item. In this case we will not refund the original postage or the return postage. You must contact us within the 7 days and we will issue you with a returns number. Your refund will be applied once the goods have been received by us.

When you are returning goods to us, please ensure you obtain a FREE Proof of Postage receipt from the Post Office as you will be liable until the goods are received back to us.

Payment Security

Entering Credit Card Details
We do not handle or store credit card details on our website. When you complete checkout, you are transferred to Paypal for payment processing, before being transferred back to our site for final order confirmation. Paypal is a highly secure site.
